What is an official property profile?
An official property profile organises the public records matched to a selected address, such as sold-price history, tenure where available, EPC details, Council Tax context and local indicators. It distinguishes the exact address from postcode-level evidence and states when a source could not confirm a field.

People also ask
Does the profile prove legal ownership?
No. Ownership and title rights must be confirmed from current HM Land Registry title documents and, where needed, by a conveyancer.
Why are some profile fields blank?
A field stays blank when the official source does not publish it, the address could not be matched confidently or the source was unavailable. mypropclear does not fill gaps with guesses.
How is connectivity shown?
Broadband and mobile indicators use available Ofcom data matched by postcode or property reference. They are coverage records, not a guarantee of indoor performance at every moment.
