Property map with official data overlays
Everything drawn on this map comes from a public register: Environment Agency flood zones and MHCLG planning designations as polygons, HM Land Registry sold prices as points. Click anywhere on the map for an instant summary of that spot.
Where I Am

How is this calculated?
Area Insight Score
- Five measured factors — transport, education, green space, safety and amenities — are each scored out of 100 and averaged.
- Published deductions are then subtracted: ULEZ, flood zone, main road or airport proximity, heritage restrictions, industrial land.
- Every plus and every minus is listed with its source. Nothing is hidden to flatter the score.
Accuracy & limitations
- • Official registers only record what has been submitted to them — recent or confidential transactions may be missing.
- • Estimates and scores are indications built from published data, not professional valuations, surveys or legal advice.
- • Figures change when the publisher updates their data. Always check the original source before you rely on a number.
