What we store
- Your email address and plan, so you can sign in and use your saved work.
- Properties you save, packs you build and calculations you run.
- Basic activity records (for example, a search was run) to keep the service healthy.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your searches with estate agents or lead buyers.
- We do not enable advertising or analytics storage until your choices permit it.
Google advertising and cookies
We use Google AdSense to fund parts of the service. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device information, IP address, page activity and advertising identifiers to deliver, measure and protect ads, and—with your permission—to personalize them.
Advertising, ad-personalization and ad-user-data consent are denied by default. You can accept, reject or later withdraw advertising consent through “Cookie choices” in the footer. Where required, Google’s certified consent message provides the additional vendor and purpose controls.
